Zazie O. Beetz was conceived in Berlin on the 21st of November 1991. Her father is a German cabinet maker who emigrated into the United States in 1990 after the falling of the Berlin Wall, and her mother is a South African American social worker in New York. Jennifer Aniston attended the same high-school as Beetz. Beetz was a student of French in Skidmore College after graduating LaGuardia. She started auditioning right after graduation and got the part in Atlanta. Beetz, who was born in Berlin and grew up with the father of a German American and an African American mother living in New York, spoke both German and English in her home. Zazie started performing on local and community stages during her childhood. In grade school she started acting, and went on to become a professional actress. Zendaya breaks out on Disney Channel Zendaya is a dancer who has definitely found success. In 2010 the actor and dancer got her first break-out role when she was cast as Rocky Blue in the show "Shake It Up" alongside co-star Bella Thorne. Zendaya's vegetarianism started at age eleven when she went to a local slaughterhouse during a journey with her Dad. Zendaya tells PEOPLE, "I thought it was horrible, seeing all the animals being packed and in a cage waiting to be killed. I couldn't believe that's how I'd been getting my meat!" Since then, she has been on an all-vegan diet.
